Humanising doesnβt cancel accountability. Compassion β complicity. If anything, compassion in the truer sense (maybe even a Buddhist framing) means being precise about naming harm and the ones who cause that same harm to be made accountable for it.

Definitely agreed. Nuance helps add understanding of suffering but should not be a weapon to obscure it.
